Cancellation Policy 

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order (Except 1-Day Dispatch collection). After 24 hours order cannot be cancelled by the customer. 

The amount (entire amount after deducting bank charges) will be refunded via original method of payment within 15 to 20 working days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

1-Day Dispatch collection products are shipped in 3 business days from the warehouse as International delivery shipments require customs clearance. Courier transit time will depend upon the location of the customer 

International Customers may have to pay additional customs duty in their country. 

Products are generally shipped in 3-5 working days except for few special cases when we receive bulk orders for any product/s. 

The customer has the right to cancel the order if the product is not shipped in 10 working days. Venus Shoppee will refund the money to the customer through the same channel by which the customer paid. 

Product is delivered through VENUSSHOPPEE.COM’s authorized courier service. VENUSSHOPPEE.COM reserves the right to use alternative courier and post services whenever necessary. 

Return, Replacement and Refund Policy 

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched and received. We're committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) back to us. 

  1. We do not return lingerie, innerwear, swimwear, sleepwear, jewelry and socks because of hygiene reasons. 
  1. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. 
  1. The tags should be intact. The product can’t be returned in case of the original tag is misplaced.  
  1. Fragrance bottle seal must not be opened/tampered; 
  1. All additional items or accessories in the package must be sent without anything missing out. 
  1. Please do take care that that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service
  2. It is not applicable for any free items.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if the item is covered under manufacturer’s warranty period, however, if damaged on receiving the item, it can still be returned post raising a complaint with our customer care.
